You can book for a phone call, Zoom meeting or meet me in person – or if you’d prefer, feel free to give me a call first for an informal chat before deciding to book.

How many sessions will I need?
Every person is different, but I’ll always aim to help you in as few sessions as possible. We can discuss this in your consultation.
Will I be fully in control during hypnotherapy?
Yes — hypnotherapy is a safe and natural process. You stay aware and in control at all times.
Can you help with anxiety, phobias or smoking?
Yes – I work with a wide range of issues. I’ll always tailor sessions to your needs.
